Addressing the market high demand for multi-unit residential buildings, PTL’s bespoke structural designs seamlessly align with Clevercore’s pre-fabrication processes. While embracing traditional light-timber framed construction, the building’s structure is pre-fabricated offsite, enabling swift and streamlined on-site assembly.
