This rural home reflects a clear and thoughtful response to the Central Otago landscape. Our work on the project brought together several key structural elements, from the extensive use of precast insulated concrete panels inside and out, to resolving large clear‑span spaces through close collaboration with the architects.
Challenging ground conditions required the removal of up to 1600 mm of unsuitable material to achieve a stable foundation, while the stone‑faced retaining and landscaping walls added an additional layer of technical complexity.
We’re pleased to have supported a design that integrates so comfortably with its surroundings.
