The conversion of a former police station into Dudley Creek Health Centre presented a host of challenges for the PTL team. Our goal was not merely to repurpose the building but to elevate its functionality and aesthetics.
This comprehensive transformation involved widening corridors, raising ceiling levels, and ensuring seismic strength to meet current codes. These improvements were crucial for providing a safe and welcoming environment for patients and staff.
One standout feature of the project is the striking new feature stair, a harmonious blend of historical charm and modern design that adds both functionality and elegance to the facility.
Despite the demanding timeline for the clinic’s grand opening, PTL worked closely with our trusted contractors, overcoming each challenge. The result is a building that greatly enhances usability and is poised to serve the community for another 50 years.
Dudley Creek Health Centre now stands as a testament to PTL’s commitment to excellence and innovation, offering a secure, inviting space for healthcare services for years to come.
