Located within Sumner Village in Christchurch, this three-story mixed-use building comprises a ground floor designed as a hospitality area. Above, on the first and second floors, there is a single apartment that maximizes the advantage of the picturesque surrounding views.

The residential spaces are constructed using a light-timber framed structure supported by a concrete floor and blockwork walls on the ground level, providing flexibility for the open commercial space on the ground floor.

PTL worked in close partnership with both the design team and the client to attain the best result for the project within a narrow site.
