Alterations

Originally constructed for the Ballantyne family in the early 1900s, the building later became part of Medbury School’s campus as the school expanded. PTL completed the structural strengthening, internal alterations, and refurbishment of the original two-storey dwelling.

The building, now serving as the school’s reception, administration, and office space, has been reinforced to meet modern safety standards while preserving its historical charm. Our work ensured that the structure could continue to function effectively within the school while honouring its architectural heritage.
