Explore our new clubrooms at Halswell domain, a contemporary replacement for the earthquake-damaged originals. This single-story structure features concrete walls on three sides and expansive glass on the fourth.
The 5.0m high mono-pitch roof is supported by steel portal frames, which also act as lateral resisting elements in one direction. The concrete panels provide lateral resistance in the other direction.
Grounded on a raised gravel raft, our clubrooms provide a unique vantage point overlooking the adjacent playing fields, creating an inviting space for community activities.
